ZOE Foundation is a local non-governmental organization which is non-political, non-religious and non-profit making, it was founded in line with the law that governs nonprofit making organization in Rwanda It was founded to help vulnerable teen mothers in the community overcome the hindrances affiliated towards their daily lifestyle.
